Shipping

All our products are shipped via UPS. We ship only by UPS because we have found that other shipping methods are unreliable. And since we want you to get your product, we will not lower our quality standards.

We have various shipping options with UPS including UPS Next Day Air, UPS 3 day and UPS standard shipping (which takes 5-7 days on average).

All APO, FPO and PO Box addresses may be shipped using an alternative shipping method. Please Note: This includes only small orders, under 100 grams.

Payment methods

• We currently only accept payment via Visa and Mastercard cards and money orders
• International orders (outside North America) are only accepted via money orders
• Remember to include all relevant information including what you ordered, the shipping address, a telephone number and an e-mail address if you have one

Money orders

• To pay via money order, just process your order as normal and change the payment method to money orders on the last page. Billing information will then be shown along with your order number
• We will not ship your order out until we have received your money order. No exceptions!
• We are not liable for the time taken for a money order to arrive. We suggest that all money orders be sent via Registered Mail or other methods which will allow you to track the progress of your order

International orders (outside North America)

• We only accept International Orders via Money Orders
• International orders that are shipped are subject to Customs and Import charges of the importing country. We are not liable for those charges
